A Wild Life
Class Project, 2021
photography, layout, typography, content
A Wild Life is a magazine I created during my photography class at Chattanooga State. I created this as an ode to my grandfather. Growing up he taught me what it was like to be an adventurer who is not afraid to explore new territory.
As I got the project sheet for this magazine I realized it was new territory I was definitely afraid to explore, so my grandfather immediately came to mind. This magazine is filled with guides to the outdoors, stories of past explorations, and fun activities that allow you to stop and admire the beauty surrounding you. Each photograph in the magazine is one I took, each word I wrote, and it is completely designed by myself. This is by far my favorite project I have done.
